Holly Sunday at Oblomov from year to year celebrate, as expected: Easter Cakes. But this time we decided to celebrate the the beginning of Easter carnivore. Svetlaya Sedmitsa (the name of first week after Easter) , the guests will be offered a set of three new dishes, including half-and-half.

This main menu should start with a glass of the famous Russian distillate. Painting of dishes: for snack – barrel salted mushrooms from Arkhangelsk forests (they are served with sour cream and boiled potatoes; First – rich sauerkraut  soup wth Tambov goose (and to them, for even more satiety – pancakes with sour cream); On the second – a real delicacy: sugar marrow bones, baked with Crimean honey.
